- Psychosocial support training to increase the quality of life for OVCs affected by HIV/AIDS
- Advocacy training to help our members ensure children’s rights are protected and that Government provides adequate resources for the education and welfare of OVCs
- Lobbying government to increase budget allocation for OVC education, including bursaries
- Link members with donors, for direct support of their work
- Scale up village savings and loan associations to empower women for OVC care
- Comprehensive database of CBOs, FBOs and NGOs involved in OVC care and support
- Monitor member organizations’ operations to ensure accurate reporting, quality control and prudent funds use
- Draft psychosocial support manual to help the Malawi Government provide the framework of psychosocial care to Malawian children
- Memorandum of Understanding with Gateway Private Secondary School in Lilongwe to provide free secondary education for 50 OVC girls from around Malawi for 4 years
